Legal Policies

Refund Policy

RWRN operates as a customer-to-customer (C2C) marketplace. Refund eligibility depends on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Direct C2C Delivery:

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds are only permitted if the item is drastically not as described.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • Photo evidence and written explanation are required.

QC & Care Delivery:

  • Refunds are permitted only if the item is returned in the same condition.
  • All original RWRN tags must remain attached.
  • If tags are removed or tampered with, the item is not eligible for refund.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return logistics costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If an item fails QC before delivery, a full refund is issued.

Approved refunds are processed via licensed PSPs.

QC Policy

QC & Care is an optional service selected at checkout.

Under QC & Care, RWRN:

  • Verifies that the item materially matches the listing description.
  • Conducts a visible condition check.
  • Professionally cleans or refreshes the item before delivery.

QC does not constitute a formal authentication guarantee unless explicitly stated.

If an item fails QC inspection, the transaction is cancelled and refunded.

Counterfeit Policy

RWRN has zero tolerance for counterfeit goods.

Sellers must ensure all items are authentic and legally owned.

If an item is suspected to be counterfeit:

  • The listing will be removed immediately.
  • The seller account may be suspended or terminated.
  • Funds may be withheld pending investigation.

RWRN reserves the right to cooperate with UAE authorities where necessary.

If an item fails QC inspection, the transaction is cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Policy

RWRN facilitates delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

Two delivery methods are available:

  • 1 . Direct C2C Delivery
  • 2 . QC & Care Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier operations.

Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery (Direct C2C) or after QC approval and final delivery.

Return Policy

Returns are permitted only under QC & Care delivery and only if:

  • The return request is made within the permitted timeframe.

Delivery and return charges are non-refundable.

Direct C2C purchases are not eligible for return unless drastically misrepresented.

Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

Under QC & Care:

  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

RWRN is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

Seller Terms

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

Sellers agree to:

  • List authentic items only.
  • Provide accurate descriptions and images.
  • Ship items within the required timeframe.
  • Comply with UAE law.

Repeated cancellations or policy abuse may result in account suspension.

Sellers are responsible for their own tax compliance obligations.

General Terms & Conditions

By using RWRN, you agree to comply with UAE laws and use the platform lawfully

All payments are processed through licensed PSPs.

RWRN does not hold customer funds in its operating account.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, RWRN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.

Privacy Policy

RWRN collects and processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

We collect: name, email, phone, address, and transaction details.

We use data to facilitate transactions, process payments, coordinate delivery, and prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal data.
