RWRN is a UAE-based customer-to-customer fashion resale marketplace. It’s where you can buy and sell pre-loved pieces locally — and give great items a second life.

Sellers list their items. Buyers check out securely. We handle the delivery — either directly from seller to buyer or through our QC & Care service. Simple.

You’ll choose at checkout:

Direct C2C Delivery – Faster, no inspection

QC & Care Delivery – We check and clean the item before it reaches you.

With QC & Care, your item is checked to make sure it matches the listing, goes through a quality check, is professionally cleaned or refreshed, and then delivered to you — ready to wear.

It depends on the delivery option:

Direct C2C: All sales are final unless the item is drastically not as described.

QC & Care: Returns are allowed — but there are conditions.

For Direct C2C, you can raise a claim within 24 hours if the item is drastically different from what was listed.

For QC & Care, returns are allowed as long as the item is unused and all RWRN tags are still attached.

No. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you return a QC & Care item, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once RWRN tags are removed or tampered with, the item can’t be returned. We attach tags to keep returns fair for everyone.

You have 24 hours after delivery to submit a claim through your order page. After that, the sale is considered final.

Your payout is released after delivery is confirmed (Direct C2C), or QC approval and final delivery (QC & Care). Funds are processed securely through our licensed payment partner.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier availability. You’ll see estimated timelines at checkout.

QC checks that the item matches the listing and condition described. It’s not a formal authentication service unless clearly stated.

We don’t allow counterfeit goods, stolen items, used undergarments, used cosmetics, or anything that violates UAE law.

If your item doesn’t pass QC before delivery, the order is cancelled, the buyer gets a full refund, and the item is sent back to the seller.
